My, this is the besttttt chocolate cake ever. Perfect for a birthday, a party, even a breakup. Light & moist, but still very, very rich. It's a chocolate layer cake, with raspberry preserves between the layers, topped off with chocolate ganache. MMMMMM. It was worth the $23 worth of ingredients.
