What days off are made of

Started the day off at the flower market.

Scored some birthday flowers for myself-

bright carnations and beautiful hydrangeas,

which just happen to be my favorite!

I would have stayed at the flower market longer and

wandered the surrounding streets,

but I wasn't sure if I was parked legally....

So... off to LaMill!

The weather was perfect outside.

The foam on my cap was perfect- dry, dry, dry!

People watching + flipping through LA confidential = a good time.

And... they make a fantastic "mojito" (no alcohol in it, of course!)

It was perfectly minty.

Next time I go back, I am trying their orange cappuccino!

I then headed next door to Yolk

and bought this nifty little book.

I came home and found it online $20 cheaper!!!

BOOO. but I don't mind too much, I'm sure I will use it lots.

It has fantastic projects!

How I love days off!
